Unveiling culture at work

Unveiling culture at work

We portray teams with a rare authenticity,
bringing workplace culture to light as a natural outcome.

Vulnerability is the keyword

In fiction, most of the time, managers will be either hard-ass unbreakable heroes or villains.

But they might always be in impeccable suits.

It’s funny, but kind of the same problem will happen with corporate communication videos.

Cause, since you turn on the camera, people will become their corporate characters,

expressing nothing but their utter love for their employer and alignment to its values.

And that is a huge problem.

Who wants to watch a video that lacks:

vulnerability, authenticity, emotions, spontaneity, life?

The problem becomes even worse when the topic is technology, innovation, data science or artificial intelligence.

People forget that those things, usually, are not engaging

– unless geeks like us form the audience.

Well, let’s cut it short and come to our solution.

We did an extensive benchmark of mini-documentaries, series, films

about work that are authentic and cool.

And taking a deep look at this benchmark, we got to an answer.

Vulnerability, authenticity, emotions, and spontaneity are lacking when people portray teams, companies, and workplaces.

But everything is not lost.

We found a bunch of terrific stories about work that we would like to share with you.

Our ambition at Original is to be a real game-changer,

bringing to life some of the most amazing stories at the workplace.

Des étoiles plein les yeux

As an example, we present you our documentary series based on a true experience.

13 collaborators amongst juniors, seniors, managers, and even the boss accepted to rate themselves between 1 and 5 stars every day.
